This is just what I needed for my wife as she has alzheimers disease and cannot get inthe shower so it is sponge baths but shampooing the hair was always a problem this took care of it perfectly.

I take this with me when I get my hair cut or colored because of the arthritis and two herniated discs in my neck. I would get a horrible headache from those problems if I did not use this there. Anyway, the ladies are glad to use it with me, and say that they wished that they had some there for the others that complain of neck problems.

So, if you suffer from arthritis or have any other neck problems, go ahead and buy this; it's a great price because I've seen it in catalogs for twice the price.

I die my mom's hair and got this so she doesn't have to leaning on the tub to wash her hair. It works well if you can find a faucet to fit the hose. I had a hard time finding one in my house since the diameter of the hose is vary small compared to the modern faucets. I had to put an adapter hose and then it worked really well.
Even if you cannot use the shower, the tray itself works really well for keeping water out as long as the person holds on to it.

My mother had back surgery and was unable to have her hair washed. I sent for this product and it was a lifesaver. I like the strap that the person can hold, it gives them some control and makes them feel like they are helping. I haven't had any problems as far as cracks in the plastic or in the hose. My mother thinks this product is the best!
