THE PERFECT PHONE FOR ANY ONE HAVING TROUBLE HEARING. THIS PHONE HAS MADE MY DAD FEEL SAFE AT HOME AGAIN, KNOWING THAT IF HE CALLS FOR HELP HE CAN HEAR AND UNDERSTAND THE PERSON HE'S SPEAKING TO.

Got this for my mother as she has hearing aids. Have tried other phones but they didn't have enough volume! This one is perfect, and the large buttons are an added plus. Would give this 5 stars, but the phone cord could be longer!

I have had this phone for less than one month, and the ringer no longer rings. This is a huge disappointment, as I thought I bought the best phone available for my elderly mother. I'll have to check the return policy on Amazon. Basically, I am busy and stuck with a useless expensive telephone. Good thing I bought a Northwestern Bell Big Button Plus. It keeps on ringing!
